After we launched our rebranded website last week, it is now time to share our corporate presentation with an update on our history and a realignment and refocusing of our services into 2 main areas: Strategy and Corporate Finance.

Over this past 6 years the scope of our work has become more focused in supporting strategic decisions as well as providing services in the areas of business planning, valuations and M&A to our clients. We clearly established a strong linkage between our strategy and corporate finance skills, demonstrating that for delivering a proper strategy you need to understand the opportunities of growth through acquisitions, but also that a good M&A consultant needs to clearly tackle its strategic skills to achieve a successful closing.
